You'll earn points whenever you make a purchase in the app. It's that simple! 1 point = 1 dollar spent in the app. Keep an eye out for Double Points Days—on those days, you'll earn double the points for every in-app purchase.

You can also earn points in our Spin to Win game. Once a day, go to the "Games" tab and open the Spin It! prize wheel. Then click to spin! You have a chance to win bonus points and $5 bill credits that will immediately go to your account.

The “Rewards” tab (indicated by a star icon) will be your home base for all things points-related. From this tab you can see how many points you have, review your points history and when points will expire, and redeem those points.

To use points, select “Redeem” next to the wash you want to exchange your points for. That wash will be loaded into your account immediately! When you’re ready to use it, visit any Rocket Express location, pull up the “Washes” tab (indicated by a car icon surrounded by suds), and select the wash you’ve redeemed.

Please note that once you redeem points for a wash, you have six months to use that wash at any Rocket Express location.

If you have an unlimited car wash membership, you can also exchange points for in-app account credits that you can use to pay for your membership.

Open the Rocket Express app and click "More" (the three dots in the bottom-right corner). Click on "User Settings" and from there, you should see your name at the top. Click that to change your first name, last name, and phone number.

Rocket Express Car Wash offers a free birthday wash during your birthday month! Follow these steps to receive your birthday reward:

1. Log into or create a free Rocket Express app account

2. On the home screen, select the "Happy Birthday!" icon (in the top carousel; you may need to swipe through to find it). Please note that this icon will only appear during your birthday month if you included your birthday during your free app account creation.

3. Click "Add Points" on the next screen, then "Confirm."

4. Once the points have landed in your account, navigate to the "Redeem" tab (the star icon in the bottom-left of the screen).

5. Select "Redeem" next to the wash you would like to spend your birthday points on! You will receive enough points to redeem for a free Launch Pad wash—redeem it for your birthday or save your birthday points to use for a higher wash tier later.^*

6. Confirm the wash redemption, and you're ready to visit the Rocket Express location of your choice for your free birthday wash!
